Thursday Gift Chest Knitting: SCHEDULE Anything you knit can be the perfect gift, but if you are about to begin a collection of knitted gifts,  there are some special features that should set them apart:    Your knitted gift is a gift of time – make it relaxed and joyful time·  Be selfish: enjoy the creation as fully as the giving and the pleasure of                   possession and use by your giftee·  An element of challenge – hone your skills with each knitting. From knitted flowers thru scarves, shawls, bags, slippers and from 1hr projects thru a week or more  of evenings, we have selected gifts which will not only be prized possessions but have the freshness,  challenge and pleasure to become treasured knitting memories. You will want to spend Thursday evenings with us! The choice of our 11 projects was a difficult one: you will find more gift possibilities on Friday afternoon TGIF Adventures, or for the perennial knitters gift of choice: Sockport Tuesday evenings.  Need a knitting consultant or support group? Make gift knitting your “choose your own adventure” and come to Wednesday morning knitalong. Dale, teacher of some of the gift projects and master of most will keep your knitting on track …..

If fewer than four students enrol, class may be cancelled 48 hours before the first meeting. Full credit is available only if you give 48 hours notice before the first meeting, or if we cancel the class. No credit for late cancellations or missed classes. Student Discount 10% student discount applies on all regular price yarn purchases for the duration of the class. Student Shopping Hours The shop will be open from 7 to 9  Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday Evenings for registered class members only. Please call ahead. Allowing for individual preferences, class fees do not include cost of materials. All yarns for class projects must be purchased in our shop.
