Patrick Madden  Patrick describes himself as a "yarn shop brat", who grew up in his  mother's shop in Western Ontario. This of course is only the short  answer, but gives us some insight into the inspiration for his study  of Knitwear Design at Sheridan College and his natural affinity for  fibre and knitters.  Glimpses of Patrick's varied career include Knitwear Production,  Architectural  Restoration,  Landscaping, Entertainment  (an amazing voice), Diplomocy & Protocol, Hospitality......all  spiced with world travel and Patrick's sensitivity to his  surroundings. Returning to yarn shop roots, Patrick loves to keep the look fresh  and give every yarn a shot at stardom. He is loved by knitters for  his boundless energy and generosity of spirit. He is an engaging and  creative teacher, meticulous in his research and preparation, with a  growing repertoire of classes.

 

Allowing for individual preferences, class fees do not include cost of materials. All yarns for class projects must be purchased in our shop.
