Sandwashed Solid Colours

Prism solid colors are referred to as "sandwashed" because they are kettle dyed and purposely allowed to have tone on tone variations within each strand. The subtle shading imparts a look similar to sandwashing on denim or silk and is reminiscent of suede. The colors have been developed to complement Prism's signaure Stuff and hand dyed colors. Many find that factory dyed solids are harsh when paired with hand dyes, and these solids are the perfect answer. Most Prism yarns can be obtained in this solid range. As with all hand dyed yarns, dye lots may vary and different fibers may take the colors slightly differently--as well, while the photographs have been carefully color corrected, monitors and printers may affect appearance..
