Lotus:  58% wool, 27% bamboo, 15% silk      2 oz/105 yds    suggested gauge 16 st = 4" # 8, 18 st=4" # 9

Lotus is a beautiful plied blend enhanced by the double dye process: first the wool/silk plies are dyed and the bamboo stays white, then the skeins are turned and the bamboo is dyed. The silk fibers take a little of each type of dye, adding yet another layer of intriguing color. The knit fabric is slighly tweedy with a lovely firm yet soft hand. Another great luxury yarn, without the huge luxury price.
